This training has changed my life and my relationship with my Golden Rescue “Bono” who “rescued me” came from Istanbul Turkey, he is a changed dog and is loving the training and especially the care and after care of Devin and his team! I adopted Doug, a 1 year old German Shepherd mix who is reactive to other dogs and likes to chase squirrels. As a result, the leash pulling made walking him difficult and stressful for me. As a first time dog owner, I needed help. I'm so glad to have found Southwest. Devin came up with a training plan and explained every step so well. He made it easy to understand and follow. I appreciated the weekly check-ins to make sure Doug and I were on the right track and to answer any questions I had. His methods are so effective. I don't have to walk late at night to avoid other dogs or squirrels anymore! Doug doesn't like to have his nails cut or his hair brushed. Devin also gave me helpful tips to make these activities a positive experience for Doug and me. I highly recommend!

Great experience at the teen class and after each session there was a lot of detailed homework to work on. Trainers also answered all of our questions about topics that were not covered in the classes and would give us tips on correcting unwanted behaviours at home. Would recommend!

We were feeling a bit overwhelmed by our sheepadoodle puppy, and Devin's puppy class helped us develop the tools and techniques we needed to get through the tough parts and establish good, happy routines.
